rusnok mini mill. I was looking for a small milling machine & stumbled across this one on a local craigslist ad, I trade a makita 10" mitersaw. the mill came with the vise, 2 collets & a few various cutters. It works great & is an awesome little machine. Not really an antique, and they are still made by Electro-Mechano.
That looks like a [Wolf Jahn - Leinen - Boley - Ultra - Excel - Sigma - B.C.A.] type mill, really more of a jig borer than a mill. If you are looking for a bench top mill that was suitable for small precision parts, this is a good choice. Although small, this was a high quality machine, and good examples of BCAs are available in UK.

The mill happy02 describes is manufactured by Rusnok. It is written up on Tony's lathes website. It is a very solid machine, and not to be compared with mini mills. I think it is still manufactured, and price will give you shivers. The Rusnok head has also been adapted to many horizontal mills to give them vertical capacity.
