The grinding wheel or plate typically rotates at a high speed (around 200-1000rpm) and a coarse, bonded abrasive (> 40 µm) is used.

Please consider the results just as an orientation guide, because the chemical and physical properties (i.e. residual moisture, fat content, morphology etc.) can vary even with the same material.
