ATC Stuck after power outage. Yesterday when i was doing tool change on my milling machine, there was a power outage.. now the atc arm is stuck clamping my tool holder. I tried to rotate manually using the handle, but my atc is not listed as an axis. After i checked, i think the atc uses normal ac motor, not servo.
